Coast Capital Savings launched a pretty cool new feature that let their members do basic banking through text messages on any phone, even old flip phones. The features were designed to be simple and convenient, but people needed a little help getting started.
I worked with Coast Capital to create an online demo that showed users how to make the most of these new SMS banking features. It was comprehensive but easy to follow.
